To maintain the quality of our services and ensure smooth operation, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following policies: Appointments & Cancellations • We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to guarantee availability. • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals • Arriving late may affect the length and quality of your service, as we aim to respect the time of all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Health & Safety • We maintain rigorous hygiene standards for the safety and well-being of all clients. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use, and disposable items are used where applicable. • Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns before your appointment. This allows us to tailor services to meet your specific needs. • To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that mobile phone usage is limited during treatments. Fixing Broken Nails • If a nail breaks within 3 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. After 3 days, repair services may incur an additional fee based on the damage. • Please notify us as soon as possible to schedule a repair appointment. Walk-ins for repairs are subject to availability. • For extended nail wear, we recommend following our aftercare instructions to minimize breakage. If multiple breaks occur due to improper aftercare, repair fees may apply. Payments & Gratuities • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of service. • Gratuities are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated. Tips may be given in cash or added to your payment. Children & Pets • For safety reasons and to preserve a relaxing atmosphere, children must be supervised at all times. • Pets are not allowed in the salon, except for service animals. Gift Certificates & Promotions • Gift certificates are available for purchase and must be presented at the time of service. • Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
